Our school has again been awarded a “whole school initiative” grant by the Mississippi Arts Commission!  This award provides funding to integrate the arts into the curriculum, including guest artists and special training for teachers. With this grant, along with funds raised by our PTO at our annual Spring into the Arts Fundraiser in April, our school is able to fund a full time art teacher!  All classes get to go to Art as an elective EVERY week!

 

We need your help to ensure that continuing our arts program at Mannsdale is a success!  MES PTO wants to be able to continue to fund a full-time art teacher for our students, along with providing the necessary supplies for all students each year. The administration and faculty are committed to the Arts. The PTO is equally committed to the Arts, as well as providing many other resources to our school (playground upkeep, teacher appreciation, technology, etc.).

 

All “CAM” funds go directly to continue the funding of our art teacher.  Please consider supporting our CAM Program through one of the donation levels below.  You can donate here when you join the PTO online or at Meet the Teacher Night.
